Dr Omar Loera

Dr. Omar A. Loera is a lecturer at Tecnológico de Monterrey in Mexico.

Omar is the recipient of the Carlos Fuentes Award 2019-2021 for outstanding research contributions to Social Sciences among Mexican researchers. His research interests revolve around foreign policy, theories of International Relations, governance, and migration. He has published for ICR research on international relations theory and cultural relations practice between Mexico and the USA.
