Dr Dimitra Kizlari

Dimitra is an expert in cultural policy, international cultural relations, specialising in heritage.

Dimitra read Archaeology & Art History in Greece before she obtained her doctorate on cultural relations from University College London in 2019. She has worked for the Cultural Policy Unit of the Directorate-General for Education and Culture of the EU and she is currently working as an Expert Evaluator for the European Commission (2019 – now) assessing project proposals submitted to the 'Creative Europe' programme. She is also a Subject Matter Expert for Canada Council for the Arts (2021-2023) and the Council of Europe (2021-2025). In the past, she has also worked as an Insights Analyst in the music industry and as an Investment Manager in the heritage sector.
